1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the website Jendoshop.com, registered in Limburg, the Netherlands, under Chamber of Commerce number 95192646.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

 

2. Product Information

 

2.1 Jendoshop.com offers branded clothing and accessories. We aim to display all product information and images as accurately as possible. However, minor deviations may occur.

2.2 All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Orders and Payment

 

3.1 Orders can be placed via our webshop. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order, but a notification that we have received it.

3.2 A binding contract is formed only when your order is shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent to you.

3.3 Payments must be made at the time of ordering using one of the offered payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.

3.4 If payment is unsuccessful or declined (e.g. due to insufficient funds or incorrect information), we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or charge additional processing fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1 We aim to ship your order within 10 business days after receiving payment. During busy periods (e.g. holidays or production delays), delivery may take up to 5–10 days.

4.2 Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate; Jendoshop.com is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

4.3 Ownership and risk of loss are transferred to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

 

5.1 You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

5.2 Products must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

5.3 To initiate a return, you must notify us in advance by email at: contact@jendoshop.com

5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The average return fee is approximately €15 per package.

5.5 No restocking fees will be charged.

6.1 Jendoshop.com is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6.2 Our total liability is always limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.

9.2 Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

9.3 For orders shipped outside the EU, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

10.1 All products remain the property of Jendoshop.com until full payment has been received.

10.2 Until ownership is fully transferred, products must be handled with care and not used.
